Training and Support for Franchise Partners

We are committed to preparing our partners to deliver an exceptional experience that reflects Aromatic’s identity and standards.
We provide in-person training at our branches, covering:

• Customer Service: Developing communication skills and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Sales Skills: Learning effective fragrance sales techniques, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable products.

• Product Knowledge: Gaining an in-depth understanding of Aromatic’s products and their features to help customers make informed choices.

Franchise Requirements

To apply for an Aromatic franchise, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Valid Commercial Registration: Hold an active commercial registration in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Ability to Manage the Business: Be prepared to oversee branch operations and comply with business requirements.

• Financial Capacity: Have sufficient financial resources to establish and operate the project.
