Delivery & Returns Policy

At Aromatic, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing the highest quality standards for all our products.
With full confidence in the quality of our products, we proudly offer you, our valued customer.

We deliver our products only within the UAE. Shipping is managed through a third-party courier service.

Delivery Process:

  • Products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • A proof of delivery receipt, signed and confirmed by the customer, is required upon delivery.

Delivery Fees:

  •  A flat rate of AED 15 applies, which will be displayed at checkout based on your city and location.

Delivery Time:

  • Within main cities: 1–4 working days.
    Outside main cities: Delivery may be delayed, subject to the shipping company's schedule.
    To avoid any delays, please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate address along with your contact details.


PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a payment confirmation:

  • Notification Method: Email or SMS, as per the details provided during checkout.
  • Timeframe: Confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of payment receipt.

REFUND POLICY

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, refunds are subject to the following terms:

  • Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
  • The timeframe for processing refunds is 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

RETURN POLICY &  EXCHANGE

We accept returns within 3 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • The product must remain in its original packaging and be untampered.
  • Returns are allowed for:
    • Damaged products.
    • Incorrect products.
    • Products in their sealed and original packaging.
  • Exchange period: Up to seven days from the date of receiving the product.
  • Customers are entitled to compensation or exchange in case of receiving a damaged or defective product due to shipping, or if the wrong product is
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of products with scratches or those damaged due to misuse.
  • Devices cannot be exchanged or returned after use. Additionally, devices cannot be exchanged if a color change is desired after use.

Return Process:

  • Notify us of the issue and ship the item back using a registered courier service.
  • If eligible, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please note:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

For orders with a No Refund Policy, this will be clearly communicated before the purchase is completed.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchange or return processes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel their order within 48 hours of placement.

  • Refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
  • The refund process may take up to 45 days for the transfer to be completed.
